There are a few big things that separate Chris from other roofers: 1. He is reliable. 2. His work is excellent 3. Chris Schwartz and AB Edward were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. We were drawn to Chris by his honesty. He's one of those guys who oozes integrity. After we hired him, he was stellar. As the cherry on the sundae, he just finished PERSONALLY painting two pieces of wood they replaced on the roof - it's 20 degrees outside. It's Saturday. He lives 30 minutes from here. And he's insisting on painting two coats. That's a testament to his focus on customer satisfaction and his attention to detail. I can't recommend him highly enough.
